When the first 400 teachers applied to participate in the Fresno Unified School District Personalized Learning Initiative (PLI) back in 2016, they did so to improve learning for their students. Along the way, they discovered improvements to support their teaching practices. One key success of PLI is the professional education and digital collaboration opportunities it provides to teachers.
