The role of familiarity in predicting the ability of technology to improve learning outcomes

Simply putting devices in classrooms will not create impactful learning experiences for students; those come from the teachers. If teachers are unable to integrate this new technology into their classrooms due to time constraints or lack of training, students will not benefit. This in-depth study explores the reasons, and possible solutions, to address this experience and implementation gap.
