Azure Monitor for containers agent (ciprod08072020) update

Azure monitor for containers new agent (ciprod08072020) will support new features & fixes such as monitoring support of deployments & Horizontal Pod Autoscaler(HPAs), displaying correct node status & health(tab) access through limited preview program.
