[Launched] Generally Available: Azure SQL Trigger for Azure Functions in Consumption plan

Azure SQL trigger for Azure Functions is now generally
available in the consumption plan. You can
now build application logic in azure function apps consumption plan that can
scale apps to zero and up driven by the data from Azure SQL
